A home inspection is a limited, non-invasive examination of the condition of a home, often in connection with the sale of that home. Home inspections are usually conducted by a home inspector who has the training and certifications to perform such inspections.

I go above the standards so you know everything in order to ensure your making the right decision. Buying a home is one of the biggest investments you make. I want you to be comfortable knowing your inspector went over it like I was purchasing it myself. My inspections are never less than 3 hours because I never rush the process.
